Zach had the day off so we did a lot of unpacking and buying things for our apartment. The only bad thing about grocery shopping is that we have to walk about a mile to the grocery store. Which means we have to walk about a mile back with all of our groceries. Zach and I were struggling the whole way with our 10 heavy bags. I think I am going to invest in either a cart or a bike with a basket. The best purchase of the day was my slippers. Don't laugh. They were the only ones that weren't harder than our hardwood floors.
For the first time since we have been in Japan, I was able to cook. Who would have thought that I would have been excited to cook? We had a salad, grilled chicken, and baked potatoes. I think Zach was excited too because he even set the table!

We did some more unpacking and organizing in the morning. When Zach went to the field, I got my nails done.
I had to get more groceries since we didn't have enough arms to carry them yesterday. Why did I go by myself? That meant I had to carry them all back. Worst decision ever.
I didn't go to the game because it was pouring and Zach wasn't playing. I had dinner ready for him when he got home. Once again, best wife ever.
Derek, the scout that signed Zach, is in Japan for a few weeks. Before the left the States, he asked if we wanted anything. I wanted to name everything, but I had to limit my choices.
Same stuff, different day. Another day of miserable rain. This whole typhoon thing is really annoying. I didn't go to the game again. I can't sit there and watch if Zach isn't playing. It's his last day of being off for his arm. I knew he wouldn't last 2 weeks of not doing anything.
